It is safe to say that this Annual Report was the first ever report to feature a Brand Ambassador. Naila Kiani, the revered mountaineer from Pakistan this year had achieved a remarkable feat of conquering the highest peak on our planet, The Mighty Mount Everest. The spirit of conquering adorned the pages aligning with the ethose of Gul Ahmed, one of the worlds largest textile producer.

This report provides a holistic and detailed viewpoint of Gul Ahmed Textile Mills Limited (Gul Ahmed or the company) on how it promotes sustainable impacts on the economy, society, its people, and the environment for our valued stakeholders. The textile manufacturing industry generally has to cope with and abide by stringent legal and customer compliance requirements, which present significant challenges. Gul Ahmed strives to add value and help improve towards issues of global importance related to sustainable development both locally and globally. We created a clean visual that depicted the mindset Gul Ahmed wanted to project to all its stakeholders. This report went on to be one of the top 3 best sustainability report for its design.

We celebrating making another award winning report for Haleon, Championing Celebration was the title given to this musically inspired Annual Report where we brought instruments from Pakistan and gave them an explosion of emotion through colors. The report went out to win the ICAP award for Best Annual Report.

As one of the leading consumer healthcare organizations in Pakistan, we strongly believe that while change is important, it is equally imperative to adapt to the change on the same pace. In the year 2023, Haleon Pakistan Limited witnessed changes at lightning speed, in the environment, within the company and the way it has interacted with its stakeholders. With these cues we created a report for them that speaks about Adapting to Succeed, Bonsai was used on the cover to project the detail, hard work and meticulous skill that goes into making something that stands the test of time.

From defying gravity, to making space travel a reality, the only thing that make impossible feats a possibility is the drive to go beyond expectations, and the aspiration to be bigger and better. The insulated tumbler category is dominated by two names. Getting a new brand taken seriously in that space requires more than a good product. It requires a point of view. Swoop was built to stand alongside Yeti and Stanley on merit, and to look the part while doing it.
Most challenger drinkware brands copy the leaders. Swoop needed its own identity: something that felt designed rather than derivative, and communicated quality at a glance on a shelf or in a search result.

Do Less arrived in a category drowning in ingredient lists, clinical jargon and ten-step routines. The brief was to build a brand that stood for the opposite: fewer products, better ingredients, genuine results. Tallow as a delivery vehicle for advanced peptides. Ancestral thinking, modern science.
Skincare audiences are skeptical by default. Winning them requires a brand that looks as considered as the formulation behind it. The visual language, the packaging and the copy all had to earn trust before a single customer read the label.

OhSheet is paper laundry detergent: concentrated, plastic-free, genuinely effective. The category is growing quickly and the competition is sharp. Standing out required a brand that was as clever as the product, with packaging that communicated sustainability without the usual earnest sermonising.
Eco products have a design problem. Most look like they are apologising for existing. OhSheet needed to be confident, a little irreverent and visually distinct from the sea of beige kraft paper that surrounds it.

Gympro Sauna Pod is a collapsible personal sauna: the benefits of a full sauna session, in a product that fits in a wardrobe when you are done with it. The wellness category is well populated, but a collapsible sauna at home is still genuinely novel. The brand needed to make that novelty feel considered rather than gimmicky.
Collapsible products have a credibility problem. The brief was to build a brand that communicated the genuine therapeutic benefit of the product, and to make it feel premium enough that buyers did not question the quality before they had even tried it.

My Mullies solves a simple problem: you want to play golf but you have not brought your golf shoes. Slip-on traction overlays that fit over your everyday trainers. The product is clever. The brand needed to be too, reaching a golfer who takes the game seriously but does not take themselves too seriously.
Golf as a category tends towards the earnest. My Mullies is a practical, slightly irreverent product that deserved a brand to match. The identity needed to feel at home on the course without the starch that usually comes with it.

Fruit Nation is packaged nectar with a premium positioning in a category where most brands compete on volume and sweetness. The work was to build a brand that communicated provenance, quality and a genuine respect for the fruit, without veering into the kind of wellness territory that puts people off.
Premium fruit drinks have to justify their price at the point of sale. The packaging does most of the selling. Fruit Nation needed to look like it belonged on a better shelf, and to communicate its quality credentials without a word of copy being read.

YB Locks entered the padlock category with a premium positioning that the category had largely ignored. Most padlock brands communicate on features and price. YB Locks was built to communicate on quality, craft and the confidence that comes from knowing something is made properly.

Hardware is not a category that invites design ambition. The brief was to bring genuine premium thinking to a product that most buyers treat as a commodity, and to make that positioning credible at every touchpoint from the logo to the packaging insert.

Windows are a considered purchase. Customers arrive with questions about thickness, ease of use and maintenance and most importantly; safety. B&B Sheet needed a website that answered those questions through design before a single word was read: clean layouts, unhurried navigation and product photography given the space it deserved.

We built the site to be as considered as the product range. The information architecture was structured around the buying journey, not the product catalogue, guiding first-time visitors naturally from discovery to decision. Performance was engineered from the ground up: fast load times on mobile, schema markup for product pages, clean URL structures and image optimisation throughout. The result is a site that ranks, converts and reflects the quality of what it sells.

AGP is one of Pakistan’s most established pharmaceutical companies, listed on the PSX and operating to the standards expected of a business with institutional shareholders, international licensing partners and a regulatory audience as well as a commercial one. The website needed to serve all of those audiences simultaneously without feeling like it was trying to.

We approached the build as an exercise in information hierarchy. Clinical audiences, investor audiences and procurement audiences each needed a clear path through the site, and the design needed to hold together across all three without defaulting to the lowest common denominator. The development was built to corporate web standards: accessible, compliant, mobile-responsive and fast, with a back-end that allowed the AGP communications team to manage content without development involvement.

Creative studios have a specific problem with their own websites: the work should speak for itself, but only if the frame does not get in the way. Celestial Studio needed a digital presence that was visually distinctive without overshadowing the portfolio, and technically sound without feeling like it had been built by engineers rather than designers.

We designed a site that treats every scroll as a considered moment. Portfolio work is presented at full scale with minimal interface interruption. Navigation is intuitive without being conventional. The build was optimised for Core Web Vitals, with particular attention paid to image loading performance given the volume of high-resolution creative assets. The site launched with clean technical SEO foundations and a CMS structure that made ongoing content updates straightforward.

32 Parallels is a business coaching and advisory platform built around a single proposition: a systematic roadmap from corporate employment to business ownership and, eventually, complete financial freedom. The audience arrives with a specific frustration and a specific aspiration. The website needed to meet both immediately.

We designed the experience around the user’s starting point rather than the platform’s service list. The journey framework, assessment tools and content architecture were all structured to move visitors toward clarity quickly, reducing the cognitive load that typically causes drop-off on advisory websites. The build was developed on a fast, SEO-optimised foundation with conversion-led page structures, clean semantic markup and a mobile experience that worked as well as the desktop. The result is a site that feels like it was built for the person reading it, not for the business behind it.

Professional practice websites carry a particular responsibility. Visitors arrive in private moments, making private decisions, and the site has one job: to make a qualified, considered professional feel approachable and safe before a single conversation takes place. Every design decision carries weight that most websites do not have to contend with.

We built Giulia Casani’s website with restraint and intention. The visual language is warm without being informal, professional without being clinical. Typography, spacing and colour were all selected to communicate the calm and competence a new client needs to see. The site performs well on search for the specific, intent-driven queries that characterize how people find practitioners of this kind, with structured local SEO, fast page loads and an accessible build that met WCAG standards throughout.
