Brand Identity

The Mangrove is a mixed-use development of luxury residential and commercial space by TPL, one of Pakistan’s most significant real estate groups. The brief was to create a brand identity worthy of the project: a development that asked to be taken seriously in a market category where that confidence is rare.

We named it for the landscape it connects to, and built a visual identity around the idea of rooted ambition. Something that grows, holds its ground and creates value in its surroundings. The identity works across scales, from the architectural signage to the digital marketing collateral, and communicates the kind of permanence that luxury real estate buyers expect before they ever visit a site. The Mangrove is not positioned as aspirational. It is positioned as inevitable.
